The down and dirty about the Falcons...last year was a mirage in some ways...they won 3 maybe 4 games in their last possession. Played a soft schedule, was mostly injury free. If you can say such a thing, it was a soft 13-3.
WTF is wrong? If you really want to know.
The same thing for some time imo...the Falcons have a lot of OFC weapons, but they're mediocre in the trenches on both sides of the ball. They let Clabo (RT) go over money, and McClure (C) retired, but Kunz moved over from RG okay...so a lot of new parts on the OL, Several major injuries, Steven Jackson, MLB 'Spoon, best DEF player out, 2 rookie CBs playing a lot....blah, blah, blah.
To start the year, I thought they were a 10-6 team.

i feel bad for Tony G. he came back this year thinking he might have a chance to win a title only to go 1-4 through week 5. I would have liked to see him win a title, but with that ATL defense, no running game and hurt WR's it's not going to happen.

Mixed feelings on it...TG basically had retired and the Falcons talked him back into signing on his terms...meaning no training camp...at all. Idk how true it was, but I heard rumblings that didn't sit well with some vets.
No it's not going to happen.

What if KC trades for TG and sends a 5th round pick? Fasano and Kelce are hurt, and Brock is useless. Mcgrath has been a pleasant surprise though. I think it would be a solid move considering Smiths willingness to go to elite TE's like Vernon Davis in the past.

They can't block. Therefore they can't run. Therefore Ryan has about 2 seconds at most to get rid of the ball and everybody knows they are passing because they can't run the ball.
They can't tackle and both cornerbacks are rookies. Samuel is out with injury. Witherspoon is out with injury.
Basically, this team SUCKS.

Furthermore, the Hawks have always sucked and so have the Braves most years. So like the guy on Page 1 said, we fans in Atlanta are used to this sort of thing, it aint nothing new at all. Atlanta sports pretty much sucks. Only the Braves have ever brought home a championship and they did it 1 time. Wow.
