Kaep is under no pressure. I'll say this though, he has been figured out a bit TO A DEGREE. He's still really good(well atleast to me), but he's not making defenses look silly anymore with his read option/mobility. I think defenses have come to the realization that you have to make him beat you from the pocket(while finding a way to put pressure on him), and if he does than so be it. You have to atleast take SOMETHING away from him, and his mobility HAS to be that thing

What week do the Niners really start missing Alex Smith

I say week 6 is when the Alex Smith apologists start coming out of the Candlestick woodwork.

Kind of funny - Smith is 3-0 on the Chiefs and Kaep is 1-2 with two 20+ point losses. It's a long season, but it appears the niners may have put all their eggs in the Kaepernick basket a bit soon. Time will tell.
