Local radio talk show host Dori Monson interviewed the SF area couple that sent in that op ed piece. They are serious about their cause, but not the solution they proposed. It was meant to stir up a dialog and it worked quite well.

As much grief as I and many Hawk fans had to deal with on the ESPN board, don't be surprised when many SF fans get lumped into the same bag of shit by fans of our team. Yet, we do know who the cool ones are and you fit into that group.

A non conclusive investigation does not prove innocence. How the hell are they supposed to go back to Century Link field weeks after the game and find any evidence of pumping noise through the PA system? What notable in my opinion is that a respected NFL team complained about it.

Personally I don't think you guys did it or at least have no reason to believe it. But to say you were proven innocent? Hardly. Most often where there is smoke there is fire.....

Wait, so when an opposing team that gets their asses handed to them and doesn't want to face the reality and accuses another team of piping in extra noise that counts as smoke?

You keep on this point and yet the accusation was not founded in anything and was never proven. Therefor it should be dismissed for what it was and not continued to be brought up.

If you can show any evidence that either the team that questioned it, or any since has to suggest there is tampering with the sound then by all means post it, otherwise it is a dead issue and has been for over a decade.
