Uniform numbers and uniform color must clearly contrast each other, regardless of the bordering color. Teams cannot wear "black on black" or "white on white" as the colors must clearly contrast each other.

That's just it. I agree with a lot of the Blue Blood program fans that are not doing this type of change.

Not saying Bama will go Oregon on their unis for lords sake.

But an alternate every other year is going to happen. I have seen it on the Nike Campus with my own eyes.

It is a different day and age. And I completely understand the old school thought process from the Bamas, Texas, USC, of the world. But it will happen to every team. At least one a year.

Jersey sales are so huge, just like Star Wars, money is too big to not make more shitty movies. The drones will go to the movie, and this case they will eat the shit outta these jerseys once the players wear them.

Even though I am a Nike guy. I think Bama looks just fine with what they have. I don't like the idea either and I hate to be the bearer of bad news.

If it aint broke don't fix it.

Oregon had to do it to get recognition and attempt to get a look from high end recruits. It has worked. BUt they had to to do it.

This is like everyone stating FSU would have new fancy uniforms for one game this year. Guess what. Not going to happen. They redesigned the traditional uniforms with bigger numbers and a slightly different collar. I doubt that Saban will allow them to wear those god awful jerseys.

I don't believe schools with history/tradition are going to fall for gimmicks. Nike or not. Their name sells the product not nike. Nike needs Bama more than Bama needs them.
