Says the hypocrite who completely worships the hatred for James.
The only thing dumber then CL on these boards is arguing with him.
He's a hate filled mental midget.

There's the extreme narcissist that we all know and think is a complete moron!! How the hell do you know what I HOPE? I really don't care much one way or the other if Lebron becomes a Laker!! I know that one way or another and sooner rather than later, the Lakers will be just fine!!
I have even said that I think Lebron will end his career with the Heat!!
In 2014, Lebron and Carmelo will both be free agents. That is a fact!!
In 2014, unless both do like CP3 and announce that they are staying put, the Lakers will make a serious push for both of them.
If the Lakers get one or both, great!! If they don't, then they will look to 2015!! Either way, I'm not worried!!
What I find funny (and what you failed to address) is the fact that everytime someone mentions the possibility of Lebron leaving, Heat fans immediately start posting that he's not going anywhere!! You guys sure do sound desperate!!
And with your response, you did a fantastic job of proving my point!!
Don't take it so personally.
Laker fans in general are way beyond hoping that James becomes a Laker. Its almost grown to desperation mode based on where the state of your team is today.
That isn't trying to speak for all Laker fans or even you.
If you think a different path is a better vision, then that's great.
I'd like to know what it is though. Please share.
What do you mean 'ever win 5/10 again?'
In our lifetime?
Well, if we count like you do, since 06' (rather convenient by the way) we are sitting on two already, so I like our Lakers' chances of getting to 10 (History is on my side). I'm not sure if the Heat will ever make it to 10 (Again in our lifetime).
You made a statement saying you felt it would be difficult to win 5 titles in a decade.
I sort of agree. It is hard to win 5 in 10 titles in any sport.
How many modern day times has it even happened?
So, I mentioned that the Heat has 3 currently going within a 10 year period.
Based on the conversation, how is my starting time convenient?
When would you suggest I start from?
But all we heard for most of the season was "he's hurt...he's hurt...he has a torn labrum in his shoulder and came back too early from his back surgery"
Now you expect me to believe that since he didn't step up in the playoffs, "while he was playing with a torn labrum and bad back" that was the last straw?
Can't have it both ways, man.
Lakers fans only became lukewarm once they felt the chances of him leaving was equal or greater then the chances were that he was staying.

Seriously?!? Talk about taking stuff personally!! There are NO Laker fans on here saying that Lebron will be a Laker or even stating that they want him to be a Laker!! You really need to stop with your fantasy world of what Laker fans think and hope for!!
All that anyone is has said is that Lebron will be a free agent next summer, the Lakers will have a ton of money and will make him an offer. It is Heat fans that are showing their desperation by responding that "Lebron isn't going anywhere" every time someone even mentions the possibility!!
You can keep trying to paint Laker fans as desperate even though none are saying that Lebron will be a Laker (in fact the only poster that I have seen say that Lebron is likely to be a Laker, is a Celtic fan). But the truth is, Heat fans are the fat guy that somehow got a hot girlfriend and are now afraid she's going to dump him to go be with the starting quarterback!!
As for re-building. The Lakers will have a ton of cap space and they will target Lebron and Melo (just like almost every other team with enough cap space). If they get one or both....great!! They can be back in contention right away!! If they don't, they'll still be fine and will have to look at 2015 to finish the re-build!!
He avg. the same points and 2 less boards in that series compared to his reg. season avg. "while playing with a torn labrum and a bad back"No one is trying to have it both ways ands early in the season, he did come back too early and he did have an injured shoulder.
Laker fans mentioned that early on. As the season wore on, we all saw that he was getting better and starting to play more like the Dwight of a couple of years ago.
When the playoffs started he was back to at least 90-95% of where he was pre-injury!!
Dwight stated that he wanted to be "the man"!! When the playoffs started and Kobe was out with his achilles, Dwight was presented with the perfect opportunity to show that he could lead the team. He chose to get himself ejected.
With Kobe out, no one expected the Lakers to win that series. But if Dwight played great during that series, he would have won Laker fans over once and for all!! Instead, we saw what happened.
So yes, it was the final straw!!
Oh and look, if we're talking about Laker fans on cbs and/or SportsHoopla.....the GREATER majority wanted Howard TRADED before the deadline. I was NOT one of those people, and I was in the minority of defending him from last summer all the way to the end
He avg. the same points and 2 less boards in that series compared to his reg. season avg. "while playing with a torn labrum and a bad back"
He was nowhere near 95% and more than likely he'll never be 100% again.

Realized that I didn't completely answer the bolded part!! Keep in mind that what I'm saying is the path/vision, is pure speculation based on moves that have already been made and rumors of moves that are being considered. It's also based on what I have seen the franchise do throughout their history and that some of the moves that have been made and that the Lakers seem to be considering have more of a Jeannie/Phil/Mitch feel to them than a Short Buss feel!!
Assuming the rumors of MWP being amnestied and mutual interest with Lamar Odom are true. The Lakers would go into next season looking a bit like this:
C - Pau
PF - Jordan Hill
SF - Lamar
SG - Kobe (when he returns)
PG - Nash
The bench would consist of something along the lines of Kaman, Goudelock, Sacre, Blake, Morris, Kelly, Ebanks and Meeks!!
Not a contender (not close), but not a dumpster fire either!! The Lakers go with that and do what they can this coming season!!
In 2014, everybody except Nash, comes off the books. Kobe has insisted that he can play 3 more years. Assuming this is true (and we won't really know until we see how he is when he returns from the achilles) I think the Lakers will look to re-sign him on a 2 year deal for considerably less than what he is making this year!! Not so low as to be insulting, but low enough that they still have good cap space and don't have to go too far over if you end up adding a max deal or 2!!
They will then make a big push for Lebron and Melo!! If they get one or both, great!! If not, get what quality they can and continue the re-build in 2015!! I'd have to see who is available in 2015 to make a guess as to who they might target and I'm too lazy to look it up!!
Kobe gotta be pissed when he says he wants to play two more years and one of them the Lakers wont have a chance. I bet he retires after next season and the Lakers land 2 super stars. That or Kobe stays another 1-2 years and chases another title. Kobe in his mind thinks him and Gasol could still win a championship.
Yeah can't really argue. Wouldn't it be something if you added LeBron, Melo or another max contract guy to team up with Kobe. I don't want the Lakers to get 17, but that would be crazy as a fan of the NBA. I think LeBron has something up his sleeve for next summer. Either he demands the Heat get rid of Bosh and get someone else or him teaming up with stars somewhere else.Hell, Kobe thinks he could team up with you, me and a couple of other guys from these boards and win a championship!! As I've said about him before: Gotta love the confidence if not the common sense!!![]()
Incorrect!! By the time the playoffs came around, Dwight had almost all of the explosiveness back that he had shown pre-surgery!!
Averaging the same points and 2 fewer rebounds is NOT stepping up and leading your team when they need you!! If he was truly a leader, his scoring and rebounding would both be up, not flatlined and/or down!!
