Brasky
Till We Can't Be Beat. WON'T. BE. BEAT.
Just hope Braxton (by the way what the fuck kind of mother names their child braxton?) stays healthy, because if he doesn't we are going to r*pe you. Lemme repeat that... r*pe YOU.
Taylor Martinez: "If we don't turn over the football, we'll probably be the best offense in the country this upcoming season."

The problem with Tressel was that his mentality involving recruiting was to basically protect the Ohio Valley and occasionally get a recruit from Florida, while Meyer is going into SEC territory, Texas, and even California and getting the athletes he knows win titles. I'm not saying the midwest is devoid of talent, but you can't rely solely on it. The last 2 recruiting classes Meyer has had have been vastly different than anything we ever saw under Tressel outside of maybe 2008.
Also, you say he isn't build for rebuilding? That's ALL he did his first few years at UF. That team was a wreck in the wake of Zook, and Meyer took them to 2 titles in his first 4 years. Honestly, if he gets OSU 2 titles in 4 years and leaves after 6, I'll be fine with that. We're OSU, we're not gonna have trouble finding another elite coach.
It's funny you showed that pic though..
That was a fun game to watch. More r*pe.
I still don't know how true that is. Urban got a lot of guys in year 1 from those places, but the pace has certainly slowed down. With more than half of your class done this year, you don't have any kids from Texas or California where you had 4 or 5 the year before. You have a few from SEC land, but no more than usual at this point. I'm wondering if year 1 had a lot to do with a mad rush to get recruits in the two months that he had to recruit more so than actually seeking out kids from the area. Part of it may have been that he was just more familiar with those areas, from being at Florida and recruiting there, and didn't know Ohio as well. I think we see a shift more towards Ohio than in his first class and part of me thinks that Hoke recruiting Ohio so hard has something to do with it. Other teams are starting to push for Ohio kids (especially Kentucky this year) and I think the OSU coaching staff is starting to realize that they can't let that much talent leave.
If BM gets hurt, and T-Magic stays healthy, it's fuckin' over.
If BM gets hurt, Kenny Guiton has showed the ability to lead the offense. If Martinez gets hurt, you guys are royally fucked.
I know you're hoping and praying Braxton gets hurt if we have to play you, as that is literally the only way you can beat us (or so you think). Had we had an intelligent coach in '11 that didn't put in Bauserman for some reason, we would've still won, and that's a fact. Obviously we've seen Braxton slice that pathetic defense to ribbons 2 years in a row, so for your own fans' safety, maybe you should aspire to avoid the B1G CCG this year. I'd hate to see a bunch of Huskers off themselves after Braxton embarrasses you 3 years in a row.
Bauserman seriously played the worst game I've ever seen in that '11 game against NU....it was like he was trying to overthrow everyone by 20 yards....
Have you guys got any other younger guys waiting in the wings after Miller? If I remember right, Guiton is a SR this year?
Just out of curiosity, when exactly did Kenny Gulton show that he can lead the offense?

I really want to see James White break a 70 yarder at the shoe. Or anybody for that matter. The handfull of times I've seen Wisconsin win at that stadium, it was very pleasing to hear the pin drop.
That being said, I'm kind of expecting this game to be a brutal, low scoring game. I think the coaches know each other too well. Round 1 could be a defensive punch out.
Please provide a link to that "fact"...
I was just reading about Abbredaris comments at Big Ten Days that a huge number of seniors have been contributing on the field pretty much since their freshman year. I think the Badger leadership is as good and experienced this year as it ever has been, and they've had 4 great senior classes in that regard. Think that could be a factor against you guys?
