We heard ad nauseum last year about how the giners won the division and won the NFC and we didn't and what that meant. Seems to me the only people who find the div title meaningless are those that didn't win it this year. Now some of your fans are jumping for joy at beating GB on the road and didn't get a fucking thing out of it except to live another day, but of course that is more impressive to you than winning the division and getting the #1 seed. Cute that you are trying so hard to make your alternate #1 finish to the season look so much more impressive by bringing up rings from back when cell phones came with shoulder straps. Hope we never get to the point where we have to hold onto 20 year old events to win an argument. Hammers law should be reserved for fans as special as you.

No, it is still an incomplete season. All the Division or Wild Card tells me is where we are seeded going into the season that matters. But by all means, celebrate it up.

I'll say you weren't one of them, but few Niners posters during the off season were claiming the moves they made were better then Seattle's off season moves and would be division champs again. Now all of a sudden a division title doesn't mean anything because they didn't win. You guys can't have it both ways.

Here's special. I didn't bring up hardware, Tacoma did. I never celebrated any division championship that any of my favorite teams have ever won. What is hypocritical of my post based on what I have said? You want to go ahead and group me with knuckleheads that celebrate the end to the regular season? C'mon now Wiz, I had you pegged for brighter then that. I bring up Lombardi Trophies to signify the end of the season with a true victor. You bring it up as Hammer's Law? 20 years? Try last year. We made the Super Bowl. We lost. It sucked for us but we made it. We also equaled the best your franchise has ever done, LAST YEAR. Keep bringing up the tired cell phone time machine comparisons when the reality is that I'm bringing up shit that happened when iPhone 4s was still the cell phone of choice.....oh shit, that's ancient technology, right Wiz?

dred, you realize this is the smack talk thread right? Why are you trying to be all logical and defend your supposed disinterest in anything but the Lombardi.

Suck it and bow to the 2013 NFCW Division champs, 6 Division titles in 12 years. Pretty good, but not the ultimate desire. The Hawks are working on it though. I still give my respect to the 2012 NFC champs as long as they are still in play.
