I feel the same way when Niner fans bring up the past 25 yrs of there history. Nobody cares about your past and nobody is going to care about this game come Tuesday.

Funny how fans of teams with zero history of success always seem to discount it. Loser teams without Lombardi's are the only ones who don't think little things like Super Bowl's aren't important. One of your clown buddies thinks last years 11-5, divisional round loser will be remembered in history...lmfao. Only thing that team will be remembered for is the blown call that ended the ref lock out, and setting a record for having an entire secondary test positive for peds.

I don't discount the Niners history, I respect it because its great accomplishments. My point is it happened 25 years ago and Niners fans like to remind us about it. I don't care about 25 years ago, i care about now. Yes, our history as a franchise is bleak, but that's because our POS owner wanted to move out and did almost everything in his power to destroy this franchise. Things brightened when Paul Allen bought the Hawks. Us fans have been on the wrong side of those calls what seems like all the time, I don't care how we win as long as we win. The Seahawks caught a break for once. If your team was in that position, you'd take the win as well.

This has nothing to do with "smack talk" but I didn't know where else to post this question. What ever happened with Lynch's DUI? Reason I am asking is Turbin is a FA in my fantasy league, if Lynch is going to missing any time I would pick him up. Don't worry, if I did have him on my team I would still root for you guys to lose, but do it in a shootout fashion with Turbin getting a lot of TD's and yards!!

So I'm checking out the whiners board looking at a post about how they could have/should have won the SB based on sports science (lol) and what do I see? The add below the OP saying to go beast mode on your rival showing Marshawn with his big foot up in the air over the head of a 9'r. It's a madden ad, but thought it was fitting. Maybe the universe is trying to tell the whiners something? I'll go with that.

PS. Love that the 9'r fans are still whining over 'blown calls' in that SB given how much grief they gave us over SB 40. SF wasn't robbed in that game. They flat out blew it. There were bad play calls and kaepernick flat out missed open guys in his reads and blew some plays. End of story. SB 40 was pure rubbish and over 75% of the country outside of Pittsburgh agreed. Deal with it whiners. You weren't good enough to hoist the trophy. This year get ready to have beast mode all over you.

Oh Wizard...can you honestly say that Baltimore was a better team than San Fran? I certainly have not, or will not blame us losing the Super Bowl on a blown call. That loss falls squarely on the shoulders of our team, whom in my opinion, was more talented than the team we played, and our coaches, whom blew it with pitiful play calling at the end of the game. Give the ball to Gore and we win that game, or at the very least take the lead at that point in time. We didn't do what we needed to do to hoist the trophy, but to say we weren't "good enough" is pure rubbish. If the Super Bowl was a 7 game series, there is no doubt we would be champions, just as there is no doubt that you guys got jobbed against the Steelers. It's all revisionist history at this point. I'm glad you are getting into your "fantasy" football mode with your beast mode all over us dreams.

Fair enough. We weren't good enough when it mattered, and the only team that was the Ravens. The no call was certainly close, but not enough to warrant a flag. And it isn't the reason we lost the game anyway, so no reason to use it as an excuse.
