Oh I agree 100%. Seattle and San Fran are very close in talent. Seattle has a better secondary, we have a better defense, albeit slightly. Our QB's are close, our running game is close, our WR/TE's are close, both teams have good lines etc...

As long as our front 7 stays healthy and/or we develop more depth, it would be hard to argue that anyone has a better defense, as a whole, talent wise than San Fran.

lol...ok douchecap...How am I taking offense? I have no problem with people picking Seattle or Denver or NE or anyone else to win the Super Bowl. It's their opinion, doesn't make it the gospel like queen smiley seems to think. Seattle certainly is a legit Super Bowl contender. They certainly are good enough to win the division. Just because I don't think they will doesn't mean ya'll need to go into meltdown mode. I think San Fran is better, you think Seattle is better, both fan bases have some valid reasoning to think that. I read Clemons wants to play in the 3rd preseason game, but PC would rather keep him out till at least week 1. Your right, i can't argue that fact about comparing front 7's until they play, but I can hope the Hawks new additions can gel and rival SF front 7. Seahawks have the better secondary, 9ers have the better linebackers.

The defensive line would appear basically even, but I think that the Seahawks definately have superior depth. I am also skeptical about the 9ers losing Sop and bringing in Dorsey. Dorsey is most often described as disappointing and a bust, but we will see if a change of scenery does anything for him.

Dorsey isn't going to start. Ian Williams has apparently been looking great in camp.(against a tough OL none the less). Guess the Niner brass knew he was coming into himself which is probably why they let Sop go.
