Taylor Martinez is the 4th player in FBS history with 6,000 pass yards and 2,500 rush yards before his senior season. Who are the other three?

I dont know but you will be adding a few to that list soon.

Both Freshman Johnny 3700+ passing yards 1400+ rush yards his Frosh season.

and Mariota 2700 pass yards 32 TD 6 INTs and 700+ rush yards. While only taking less than 70% of teams snaps due to blowouts...

I think Johnny and Marioto wont be playing their SR seasons however. Johnny will be gone after this year and Mariota after next year.

I wonder how this list would look if you went off of career production.

Sorry Brasky. I was looking ahead to total career once they have all finished playing CFB...

Indeed :L

Even if I did which I didnt it would be bcuz I dont think Oregon is thought of seriously on here. Just bringing a little perspective from Beaverton, OR. Sorry if you dont like it... As a 20 year season tix holder I tend to blab about my alma mater....

Kevin Hogan? :suspicious:

Also think Johnny Football slumps with a new offensive line and every SEC defense focusing everything on him.

I'll mention Evert Golson as a homer pick. He should be immensely improved from his freshman season under center.

Never been very impressed with Boyd. Jordan Lynch.. Errrr... That school is always putting out big number QB's who turn out to be scrubs.

Did you see the Orange Bowl?

I'll answer it for you:

-Vince Young

-Colin Kaepernick

-Tim Tebow

And that matter how in 2013?

Those total - 6,000 passing yards and 2,500 rushing yards. Manziel doesn't even need to match last years stats to hit those numbers before his Jr. year. In fact, all he needs is 930 yards rushing and 2300 yards passing. Quite reachable considering he had 1500 rushing and 3700 passing last year.

Hogan will be very good this year IMO. Its good for ND that they have the QB position solidified. Golson could climb that list quite fast. My blind ND hatred musta crept in... Sorry... Golson would certainly be on HM on my list...

Not a lot of love for Johnny Football over on the SportsHoopla I notice. Wow..

2012 Orange with Lynch? or 2011 with Boyd.

If you speak of Boyd I also saw the epic performance vs LSU in the Peach Bowl... or chikFilA whatevs they call it now...

I don't know about circus catches. The TD to Swope was right in the gut and the TD to Kennedy hit him right in the hands and in stride. If you are refering to any of Evans Catches, he's still an Aggie.

Joekel the LT is gone. So Mathews goes from RT to LT. He was projected as a first rounder if he came out this year also. Don't expect a big drop off there. Ogbuehi moves to RT and the Center spot is Mike Mathews. The line will not be as bad as people think.

Christin Michael was not the starting RB. He was scheduled to be but got in Sumlin's dog house and was really a no factor all season. He didn't even get a snap in the Cotton Bowl.

They have a 6'-6" 270# JucoTransfer that looked good in the spring game.

The cupboard is far from bare.

We're talking college, not pros. Braxton Miller will OSU to the BCS nc game.
