Did Auburn cheat? Lets move on

Hearing yesterday that Auburn has done it's own investigation in the newest allegations made towards the program and found no wrong doing.

Did Auburn cheat? Who knows, but at this point who cares. The NCAA was there for 2 years investigating and publicly said they found nothing, I highly doubt they are going to come back and say "oh yeah payments and academic fraud happened."

Also wasn't the person who first reported this the same chick that reported first about that Duke LAX scandal? Maybe this lady as officially lost all credibility?

I would be the first to say hang Auburn and revoke their title! As it would mean Oregon was granted the 2010 NC. But, it ain't happening, Auburn is cleared whether they really are or not. How about everyone just moves on from Auburn. It feels as though the NCAA is going to need to plant their headquarters down there because they are there so often.

Actually, the Ducks wouldn't be given the 2010 NC title. It would be vacated and there would be no official champion.

This is what happened with USC. Oklahoma was not given the NC, it was simply vacated.

Interestingly however, the NCAA still lists USC as the National Champion for that season.
