In 114 ABs this year ... Giavotella had exactly 4 XBH. All doubles.

I hope he goes to the TEX clubhouse and has RO autograph it for him.

Did Giavotella stand at home and watch it go out? If he did we have something to look forward to so whoever is pitching for TEX can plunk Giavotella.

Am just going to watch NCIS LA rerun with my wife ... am not going to try and follow the game on Game Day with RO in relief.

Too bad for Harry ... he was pitching great but the second baseman let him down. Cost him the game. All Kinsler's fault.

Shoot Kinsler to the sun ... Profar can play much better. Plus he doesn't have ADD.

Since it is September there are enough guys in the dugout for once a week Wash giving all the regulars the night off at once and letting the guys who really want to win to play instead.

Wash has the perfect reason to state publicly, Profar. Clubhouse wise he can tell Ian he is being benched and keep the dirty laundry private.

Its been stated numerous times, by Wash himself, that he is going to go with the proven commodity...over the "prospect".

....especially when the division hasnt been clinched yet.


Profar/Olt might see 1-2 games a week max....until the division is clinched. (or someone gets hurt). Its just how its going to be.

Not really surprised. Just disappointed.

I guess taking Elvis out of the lineup last week after a rough day in the field is okay even though he's hitting around .300 ... but benching Kinsler with a .266BA isn't.

Message this sends to the guys on the bench is that crappy play in the field and on the base is okay.
