Anyone else ready to consider dealing Belt + Hembree (our only realistic trading chips) for a real 1B? Or is it too soon to give up on Belt?

Dobbs the only fish with significant ownage on Vogeltron; Stanton 3-9 with a bomb.

Melkman destroys Tinkerbell (7-12) and Franchez has good numbers against him. He's coming back any day, right?

Right??

Fuck those Miami Darlins' 4-1 good guys.

SQUISH DA FISH.

If Belt doesn't start swinging the bat, yup. The sooner, the better.

Well of course at some point soon we have to give up on him, my query is more about the fact that we'd have to deal our only other chip with him to get anything of value back. OK with Hembree adios?

It always depends on the return.

Unfortunately, I'm leaning towards moving him while they can get anything of value.

My wish for another homegrown bat to make an impact is wearing thin.

In a perfect world, Huff remembers it's an odd year and him and Pill make a decent 2 headed platoon, while Belt finds his power stroke in AAA.

(also in this perfect world, we find a donor for Franchez' shoulder)

Or use Belt, Hembree and Brown to get an All-Star middle infielder, if one exists for that package.

Don't see one out there. Still be a fan of trading for LoMo, he is basically Belt though but more proven.

Belt just needs to figure it out. Stand pat until Pablo gets back and find some resolution on the Franchez situation then go from there.

Minnesota, KC, Cubs, and Brewers are struggling out the gate and maybe our good ol trading buddies are winning to answer the phone again? Don't know what the deal is but Derrick Lee has good numbers over there

What about a donor for his heart? Or his sack?

How about Hembree, Brown, Belt, Burriss, Schierholtz and Zito for Pedroia, Ellsbury and Youkilis? Does that get laughed out of the building? I know, I know... If you have to ask,...
