No way to predict what would have happened had Lewis made that play, still would've been 1 out man on 2nd, no guarantee things progress the same
You could make that argument with any facet of life (no way of knowing what would have happened given a different variable). Surely you aren't stipulating that his error didn't contribute to the 4 runs
Surely you don't think that giving a team an extra out and two extra bases in the same inning would not lead to runs that would not have been scored otherwise.
