3 straight scoreless innings and a chance at the W. All things considered I'm happy with the way tonight has gone. I know we all made bold predictions for tonight but I think we all expected some early season struggles. He's proved he can pitch and battle back.

He looks like a completely different pitcher now. He's got to realize he won't get the ace strike zone here yet, and not worry about getting so many swinging strikes. Throw strikes, keep the ball down, and let your defense work behind you. I only expect him to get better from here out.
