You mean to tell me that Harbaugh literally had no idea Stallions was up to what he was doing? Why did Moore delete messages if it was just buiness as usual at Michigan?

Did Harbaugh not know about Weiss either? Harbaugh must have been Gomer Pyle then as the head coach. The foundation was rotten to the core with computer hacking and people spying in a costume, yet, Harbaugh was clueless and was too busy recruiting and coaching the team on the field?

There is one small problem. Why did Harbaugh run to the NFL then if had no clue this was going on right underneath his nose. He was royalty after the championship, yet, he took a mediocre NFL job with the Chargers? Head coaches know everything going on with these programs, yet, at Michigan, Harbaugh was in the dark and was shocked when he found out about Stallions and Weiss I guess.

Another thing, if is proven fact that Harbaugh/Michigan didn't know about Stallions/Weiss, why is the NCAA investigating? There is no need to investigate if the verdict is already in right? In other words, Weiss and Stallions lost their mind and went rogue and nobody knew anything about it.
