The coach takes responsibility for all the goings on on the court

You should know this better than anyone

Don’t give me Thibs didn’t miss the foul shots, or thibs made Bumsons dumbazz decisions with the ball…

He’s the coach, the Pilot ! He controls all!

That’s just the way it is. If he’s too dam afraid to think his players won’t like him cause he demands perfection on the court .

FUCK EM
You’re a stupid, stupid man.

Of course he takes responsibility.

But expecting the coach to beat superior teams is incredibly foolish.

They beat 1 superior team and lost to another.

Where is his credit for beating the Celtics?

1 game where the Pacers led for a total of .3 seconds.

Maybe you should start thinking a little differently about what you think you know about the game

You seem to respond to every single post I place on here , argue every single one, and it never seems to work your way, but you do sound good, and that’s all that matters to you and your cult

You absolutely do.

The vast majority of coaches are competent. They will win roughly proportional to the talent on the roster. That was Fiz and Hornacek.

Some coaches actually take away value, and some add it. Thibs has added value everywhere he has been.

Coaches who inherit teams with bad rosters tend not to get rehired. Coaches who inherit good rosters tend to get multiple chances.

Most often it has very little to do with their actual ability to coach.
Yep....only thing that can change this is if they inherit a bad roster but given chance to turn it around. Like JB Bickerstaff, for instance. If he was let go after 1-2 years here your theory likely holds and he does not get another chance...at least not so quickly.

Thibs gets credit of course

But we saw him get out coached and the players outplayed

Difference here it was Thibs!!! who made an obvious change under pressure , it worked , but it was too late , his fate was sealed even before that with that 17 pt EMBARRASSMENT , not only give up but lose in OT, AT HOME, WTF

Also , I’ll say it for the 100th time, it’s the Pacers year

There’s more than just who is the better team, there the intangibles. And the pacers are showin it with all these magical comebacks

WHAT IS IT YOU GUYS DONT SEE??

I don't get/see why you are such a walking contradiction.

you - "it's the Pacers year" said 100X
you - "coach why we lost to Pacers"
