I fail to see the money angle in this instance.. The eastern conference game should have been set for Tuesday right after the series ended. Just fundamental fairness.

It's not even complicated, Friday and Sunday are the premium viewing days, and they want New York to have those. Money always beats fairness.

I am seeing where it may have something to do with which series in on tnt for whatever reason.

The last thing I’m worried about is the Thunder getting more rest. They are home and hopefully rounding into form. It just doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense.

I think the short turnaround is good for OKC.

The long layoff hurt them against Denver.

Yes I agree. I want to see them get back to their rotations and what got them there. They tried to tense up and lose that series, but it will make them better.
