Don't recall the specific years but were many lotteries where we heard before them league will rig it for LA or NY.......but didn't.

Also they wouldn't keep helping the west coast teams over the east coast team

I can’t be wrong. All I’ve spoken to is possibilities in a less than transparent process. I’ve also pointed out the league that brought you Tim Donaghy hasn’t earned the benefit of the doubt. It’s tough for hero worshippers to see their heroes criticized. They respond irrationally.

Yes if your take is "x is possible" then sure, most things are. Possible is a long way from probable. As is the NBA rigging the draft lottery.

at this point it's clear some teams (philly, san antonio) are going to tank no matter what. Stop rewarding them.
