7 is Fine

If Luka isn't deathly sick they win game 3. If JJ gives Kuka and LeBron a couple minutes rest in the 2nd half they win game 4. Pretend the Lakers can't beat them twice in LA and get one in Minnesota where they were right there twice already
nailed it

Some of these “LA fans” seem like they don’t watch the games. They just criticize, criticize a 40 year old almost averaging a 25 point triple double…which is insane. MJ was on the couch and he could barely clean his balls. It’s like just because Lebron is on the court they expect him to dominate like he was 25 again. What he did the past couple years most thought was NOT possible. You can talk about MJ winning…blah blah blah…he couldn’t beat the best. He couldn’t beat LA, Detroit or Boston in their prime.
MJ was on the worst team in the league at 39 and he didn’t make them any better. He was out there to bring some fans to the arena..that’s it. Lebron is out here making young kids look bad…but you expect him to keep up with Ant, who is a freak in his prime. If you do, you don’t know basketball.

I would tell people to stop hating and enjoy the show bc you won’t ever see this again.

yes minutes could have been handled better but I think JJ realizes his bench sucked. He needs Luka or Bron out there at all times. They have no big men. Lebron is playing 40+ mins at his age, he had no legs left…you could see it in his jump shot. Luka was hurt—get into shape. They need a damn center lol

Not sure how far wolves will go, but nice to have another playoff run beyond first round

KG we always seemed to be 8th seed and knocked out by Spurs

Agree with all that.

It kinda sucks seeing Lebron hated on so much. but part of it is his fault, with his over the top whining and flops and how he fucked cleveland. He could have been a historical basketball icon. that aside, he is a talent that will go away soon, and the sport will miss that. he's been great to watch.

I do get a little tired of people who have sainted Jordan and Kobe. step into reality, they weren't perfect. both were awesome and fun to watch.

See though…

The decision was rough and poorly handled.

But if he had stayed they might have never gotten the talent they needed to win.

With those picks they were able to draft Kyrie, TT and Wiggins was the key piece to deal for Kevin Love.

Rudy Gobert just swamped you out of the playoffs? Shameful lol

The game plan was pretty horrible.

Gobert had done nothing all series, so I understand the logic of thinking they can start small.

But once it became clear that Gobert had his A game and the Wolves were looking to exploit the Lakers lack of size, they absolutely had to go with Hayes.

And Reddick telling people that he wasn’t playing Hayes in game 5 and then sticking to it with the way the game unfolded looks like an all time coaching blunder to me.

Way worse than not subbing for an entire half.

Yea JJ hands were tied. Call me crazy but I would have called Dwight Howard late in the season. I’m sure he can still rebound and block some shots

JJ did an amazing job this season

I hear you but the Hayes thing is overstated imo. Would I give him a run after Rudy hit start? Yeah but Rudy just had a great night and I think it had little to do with Hayes not playing because Hayes barely played in the previous 4 games when Rudy wasn’t much of an factor

Hayes played a total of 30 minutes in the first 4 games and never played more than 9 minutes in a game this series. His role prior to 2nd half of game 4 was basically 4 min in the first and 4 in the third

I mean look at Steven Adams. Get a big guy in there that can rebound and defend a bit

Yeah he showed his inexperience and stubbornness not playing Hayes. It’s the only card he had left and it essentially lost them the game

I think you gotta play him some minutes at least bc nothing was working in G5. It was hard to watch

I have to agree. JJ did Hayes dirty. He had played well ever since Luka arrived. Allowing 18 offensive rebounds is shameful. They should've out Hayes (or hell, even Kleiza or, gulp, Len) out there to at least try to block out Gobert. IMO, the outcome was almost completely on those offensive rebounds and the resulting points in the paint disparity. Everything else was more or less even between the two teams. Lakers weren't great from 3, but the Wolves were worse. Reaves struggled again, but Rui stepped up in his place.

Wolves aren't winning shit either lol. When hss Minnesota won anything? Kirby Puckett maybe lol?

I still don't have any confidence in Edwards to lead this team anywhere. Randle's recent escalation has been unexpected; someone get the drug tests out lol.

The team as it is really relied on Luka and bron to dominate. Luka was playing hobbled or sick for about half the games, they couldn't overcome it. How LeBron is getting heat is beyond me, dude beasted out and gave it his all every game.
