So I just saw the Pronger video discussing the Trenin punch to a prone Forbort and paraphrasing here but he said "It's not the first time a player has thrown a punch to a player down on the ice and it likely won't be the last". He also said that it didn't rise to the standard for supplementary discipline.

So with the Chatfield MMA takedown a couple of weeks ago and the Trenin ground and pound, the NHL is slowly becoming MMA.

I was toying with the idea in my mind of seeing if it would be good to bring Lindholm back from Boston if they held salary then I Saw his stats and realized his career is very quickly winding down.

I would offer him 4shmill per at least ... there are little to no other centres available as UFA

struck lightning is a bit over the top ... He had consistently averaged 14 goals per season until this seasons 24 and its mostly because he played up the lineup with better players than he ever has
