I feel like 18 games (getting rid of 2 meaningless preseason ones) is about as far as the NFL can go, Labor Day to Presidents Day is a lot of calendar. 2 bye weeks helps. If they go to this I very much doubt it changes from there...19 games? 20? Can't have the season be more than 6 months.
