Fudge's 2025 Mick Draft. As Always using Walter football rankings and Stats/Current depth charts................

1) Tennessee: Cam Ward QB

To me not the top player in this Class. Top 10 Probably. But to win in this league and to get out of metricity. You need a QB. Jayden Daniels is Example A. He's the best of the "NFL Ready Duo"

2) Cleveland: Abdul Carter Edge

You can Make arguments for the other one's of the Big 4. But Let's Break this down.... You still have DeShaun so their goes shedur. To Me you have a outstanding Duo in Ward/Emerson So their goes hunter. Let's be safe and Take a Franchise Rusher. Worry about QB in Day 2. Trust me.

3. Giants: Travis Hunter ATH

I don't blame Danny Dimes for alot of their issues. He's a Above Average QB PLAYING WITH FUCKING GARBAGE. Yes he had a Meh OL but he had no name targets.... Hunter solves that Right away.

4) Patriots: Will Johnson OT.

Their on a good track IMO. Drake Maye was a replacement for the Probowl last year. They Got Diggs to Seperate the Field. Now Let's protect him.

5) Jaugars: Mason Graham DT

As a Jags fan, This one was hard because their were many ways we can go here. Not Shedur but Jeantry or McMillian or Ngaka. I went Graham because If you look at the Eagles Run. You Rush the Passer INSIDE AND OUT. Gimme the Fatboy.

6) Raiders: Trenton McMillian WR

This was a Tossup for me. Jeantry or Him. What made Geno a Quality (Good not Great) was we gave him Targets to throw too. Let's take heat from the Vegas TEa Party and give him another big body

7) Jets: Tyler Warren TE

Jets fan might want to burn my house for this but They don't know my address. You can make Agurements for Eguba and Bulden but it's too early. This guy is a Game Changer at TE. A Dual Threat Nightmare. Help Garrett Wilson out.

8) Panthers: Jalon Walker Edge

Time to chase the QB in the South.

9) Saints: Will Johnson CB

The Saints have two empty starting spots at CB. Let's fill one.

10) Bears: MyKell Williams Edge.

You need someone other then DT to Chase your QB so you can win Football games.
Deshaun Watson isn’t playing another snap in Cleveland. They do need a QB but it won’t be Shadeur. Fine with Carter or Hunter but I believe Hunter is the best player in this draft. Hard to pass up at 2

I don’t see Cleveland moving a ton of draft capital for a WR that they can likely take in the 2nd if they want. They do need a lot of help on offense

As of right now I’m thinking Hunter goes to the G-Men. He would be a great fit there either at receiver or corner as they need a boost at both. It will be interesting though if the Browns take Shedeur whether the Giants go Hunter or Carter, they need help at receiver and corner way more than edge rush but if they think Carter is the best player who knows.

Hunter is a better corner than a WR... I imagine whoever takes him will plug him at corner with maybe 10 snaps a game with some designed WR plays. WRs can sub in on packages, defensive starting backs don't sub out... they're in full time.

And he'll be destroyed if he tries to play more than 10 snaps on offense in the NFL (in addition to DB) with his size. He'll be an amazing zone DB though IMO with his route anticipation and hands.

This isn't Ohtani in the MLB... who only does what he does because the DH position is a thing and it's basically a non-contact sport.

Don’t take this as a personal attack, but fact that you said you could’ve gone Shedeur with the Falcons shows that you are clueless - the Falcons selected their franchise QB last year, there’s ZERO chance they take another franchise QB this year. No team takes two franchise QBs a year apart - what the fuck were you thinking when you said that? That would be like saying the Pats might take Shedeur - they clearly won’t as they took their franchise QB last year as well. Please explain your thinking there, because that comment is one of the dumbest I’ve ever seen.

I didn't.

I just feel that he is a intigering thought.

But Phenix is that qb

What the Browns do will be very interesting - I think it will be either Shedeur or Carter, I’m leaning towards thinking they’ll take Shedeur right now but if they aren’t sold on him/think Carter is a can’t miss pick, they’ll take Carter. What they do will affect the rest of the draft as if they take Carter, I think another team will trade up for Shedeur, I don’t see him falling outside the top 10, I bet the Jets take him if he’s available at 7, Fields isn’t a franchise QB. Saints would probably take him if he’s available at 9 as well.
The Falcons going mainly D though is one of the most obvious parts of this year’s draft - we’re set on O pretty much, but we need help on D, particularly at edge rush and corner.

To me...

Shedeur has talent but he is a cocky MF. That throws me off alot.

They're are bigger needs in Jets land than QB.

Fields in a good place setter till better comes along.

Definitely agree about the Saints - if he’s available for them there’s a good chance they take him. Disagree about the Niners, I think they are sticking with Purdy. Fins maybe, given Tua’s injuries, but they need help on O-Line and D so I don’t see them taking a QB high this year.

I think the draft is good for "Project QB"

Saints and Dolphins might look at day 2 and 3 years down the line

Milroe will be horrid in the NFL - he wasn’t even very good in college. Reminds me of a weaker version of Anthony Richardson and we all see how he’s playing

Wouldn't surprise me if in a year or two we see Milroe have the team that drafted him try and do a position change. Make him more of a weapon than QB and have about 5-7 plays a game you try to take advantage of his athleticism.

The reason to draft Milroe is to give him a shot, then convert him to RB if/when that fails.

Not big on Ewers. Like most college QBs, he's good when he can target his first read but falls off quickly when he can't.

I don’t believe that for one second. The guy can do everything an elite NFL WR can do right now. They can still have defensive packages for him or he can play when they need a big stop. Also, WR’s get paid more. The thing about CB’s is an offense can gameplan around a great corner.

You say defensive players don’t sub in and out, not sure what you mean. We’ve never seen a two-way guy to this level. Champ and Chuck weren’t close to the level this kid is offensively. He can be Justin Jefferson 2.0

Personally, I think he’s a better CB but he is gonna have to play both.

I don’t think matters if we think he is better at one or the other. I think he is great at both. Which position is more valuable? He can impact the game more as a WR imo. And he will make more money in the future as a WR

I think from the team perspective it’s harder to find a shut down corner and it’s easier to employ him for 15-20 snaps with a limited route tree to master.

I know this is a different "ERA" Patriots and Belichick isn't here anymore but I just can't get over the fact that they always trade the first round pick. I would not be shocked if they traded it away again this year. Hopefully different philosophy this season

The Pats need help at a lot of positions so it’s definitely possible that they trade their first round pick, but I have a feeling they’ll be able to get Hunter or Carter with the pick and I don’t see them passing on that, I think Ward and Sanders go 1-2 and then one of Hunter/Carter goes at 3 and the other will go to the Pats at 4. However if the Browns pass on Sanders and Hunter/Carter go 2-3, I could see the Pats trading pick 4

I want Carter... Stay away from Hunter.. Stay Away!
