Does anyone think he can be our next Sean Lee?
I know they are actually 2 different types.
Sean Lee had great instincts that allowed him to react 1st or faster than most.
but Overshown has speed. I cant help but to hope he picks up some of that instinct, on top of his speed & becomes our next bad ass tackling LB.

What do you some of you think he will end up like?

There is something special about a player today who lays it on the line play after play.
Overshown shows this when he plays.

He reminds me of Fred Warner. That's high praise because I think he's the best in the game

I think he has the potential to be a pro bowler or even All Pro. He is really still a rookie and has been very impressive. He needs to continue to start over Marist and Clark. I see instincts and obviously he has that rare closing burst. Clark lacks the instincts that Overshown has IMO.

Now it is up to Zimmer to use those freak abilities with Parsons hurt. They need to send Overshown on blitzes to the QB.

This Steeler game was made for Overshown. He seems like a good spy for a QB like Fields.

Zimmer over the next two games needs to pull out his old blitz packages.

Overshown grew up about 10 miles from my house. He is a fantastic kid. I really think that last year's defense was playing amazing before Diggs went down, but we had already lost Overshown as well, its just nobody knew what he was. Imagine him and Diggs on that team.
I thought this week was the first time Zim really started letting him get after the passer. Him and Micah could be like a modern day Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis, speed edge guys that were just a terror together. We can't mask the holes at CB #21 or at DT but those two could be amazing

I don't think it is a stretch to say he was the best pick they made in that draft. He probably by himself makes that draft a C- instead of an F. He played his ass off on Sunday. He is a baller. And yeah the kicker is IMO one of the best. Possibly Tucker is the only guy close to him.

The Punter and Richards also had good games. I have watched Richards play and am very impressed by what he did Sunday. He gave up a sack,but he showed he can be valuable as a swing.

Now it time for me to rant a little lol
I never once believed the hype surrounding Cooper Rush.

Hell,screw that swing tackle idea for Richards and just make him a starter at RT or LT and move Guyton to RT. Anything to get trash Steele to the bench. Fire old man Solari as well. He flat out sucks

What I noticed though on Sunday is all receivers not named Lamb fucking suck. Brooks appears to be the number 3 and IMO should be on the practice squad. Tolbert sucks as a number two. A total bust when you think of former 3rd rounders Gallup and Terrance Williams.

So yeah Jerry I got two words for your wrinkled old ass: F U

Overshown looks like a massive steal. I think Richards looks like he could be a good pick for his draft slot as well. The rest look like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lbs bag. Brooks where he was picked you'd have to call an OK pick if he just is active once in a while.

Not as strong as LT but just as relentless. I think with the proper coaching he could be a Derrick Brooks type
