I don’t think that is it.

Tracy McGrady and Dwight Howard got talked about plenty.

As do other stars in even smaller markets.
In year 2?

Yes, that is true.

I think it is more about his numbers.

His impact probably isn’t too far behind those second tier superstars like Tatum.

But his stats are.

They are very good, don’t get me wrong, but not next to the eye popping numbers of the top dogs.

Too early to compare him to this version of Tatum but should be noted that his numbers are much better than the 2nd season Tatum had and is very similiar ( except 3 pt%) to Tatum's 3rd year in the league when Boston went to the conference finals in the bubble

Both Ant and Ja have been in the league a little longer. He'll get there.

Not my point.

People were talking about Ja much more in his 2nd season than they are doing for Banchero. Maybe its because he is low key but I don't think it is a market thing.

Hard to quantify how much “people were talking” but sure

what doesnt add up then? DAvis just played 76 Games.. LeBron 71.....is the coaching THAT Bad? Do Russell, Reave and Co. suck THAT MUCH? 19th in point differential.....8th in the West.....I dunno.
The struggle of the overall team doesnt impact that Lebron and Anthony Davis are both elite players. Russell and Reaves arent exactly lock down defenders. Vanderbilt and Gabe Vicent have both missed most of the season. Even still with all that at 47 wins they would be as high as 5th in the east. Factor in they would play poor teams more often like detroit, brooklyn, washington, etc then they likely have more wins and would be as high as 2nd in the weaker eastern conference.

That’s a great team. To be honest not sure they are significantly worse than the original Dream Team
Starting 5 should be Curry, Tatum, Bron, KD, and Embiid

Against the bigger teams, we can sit Tatum and use a front court of AD and Embiid

Brink reminds me of the burge sisters from the Disney movie “double teamed”

You have a bunch of picks late in the mock draft.

Yes I do. I was able to move up 14 spots into round 1 and still stay pick total neutral
