I fucking hate the Lakers.

But, they have a pretty decent team when everyone is healthy.

Top of the West?

No.

But much better than meh/middle of the pack.
Yeah i mean they have 2 top 15 players and solid role guys

There's nothing "mild" about the distastefulness of the Celtics.
I'm usually on the stop crying type shit when it comes to players complaining about dumb shit.

But, Im sorry.

Hack-a-Drummomd up 20 was lame as fuck.

I don't blame the Celtics, this is on the league.

He’s got the perfect make up to be your squad’s 8th or 9th guy. Low key solid signing by Morey. The only thing that would be better is if you could run your offense through him in the Maxey off minutes. Sixers need to address that at the deadline. I’m hoping Morey gets aggressive and overpays for Caruso. He can give them perimeter defense, a guy you can play next to Maxey, and a guy who can give you that much needed secondary ball handling.

Or the big dream…Sixers send all 3 tradeable firsts, a number of 2nds, pick swaps, Springer, BBall Paul, and salary filler to the Nets for Mikal Bridges. I’m hoping the Nets realize he’s their only impactful tradeable asset and that he’s not a Batman that can run his own team. I think Bridges is Andre Iguodala in that regard. Winning type of player but not built to be the lead star on a contender.
You are probably the only person who feels a fraction of my sorrow about the SGA trade.

You had Mikal and his mom and traded him away for an athletic bust.

Seriously, it is a testament to your organization that you are still where you are after wiffing on two #1 overall picks, Simmons/Fultz, but mostly Fultz, and trading away Bridges for no fucking good reason.

You guys should be trash af, like my team.

Who did you use that extra pick on?

If it was Maxey, I withdraw my slander.

Not sure about folks trying to defend the Lakers. Yes, they were without 4 rotation players. And?

They still got their ass kicked. It happens. Pretty much every team will have at least 1 or 2 of those.

Sometimes, the shots just aren't falling for you and the other team can't miss.

And unless the Sixers left their starters in when Ham cleared his bench, the end of the Sixers bench kicked the end of the Lakers bench's ass as well.

It was an NBA game in November. Means next to nothing over the course of an 82 game season.

Yeah, not sure I care one way or the other about the point differential thing. Last night they were asking Candace Parker about it as she has played in Europe and apparently they have these tournaments over there. Her attitude was basically, you're professionals, if you don't want the score run up...stop them.

The possibility of a star getting hurt because his team was trying to get better point differential sucks, but it's a decision that's up to the team and player.

Plus, beat everyone in your "pod" or whatever they call it and point differential won't matter.

Nobody ever said Fizdale was great.

Just that he wasn’t the problem in NY.

Which has been proven true.

You have also tried to fire Thibs almost daily, and he has done a very good job with the relative talent on his roster.

Thibs is a very solid NBA coach.
Thibs, is a respected coach in the league no doubt.

as coach of the Knicks , how has Robinson developed?

Randle, control his emotions under Thibs?

Knicks are by far the worst team in league with a lead…

Hardly any offensive schemes used

Has no clue how to work the refs, always yellin at em..

lol, fizdale has not had a head coaching job since being canned.. how is he not the problem ?

Yeah, good point.

But, hack-a-whomever is counterproductive to high scoring, free flowing offense.

It's nasty work to be up 20 plus points and doing that shit.

Stops the game in its tracks and it's just......gross.

Yeah, I didn't see this game as a big deal at all.

People acting like y'all on a 13 game losing streak or the loss puts you out of the playoffs.

It was one game against a top team in the East.

Could actually light a fire under guys.

Flush it and move on.

I definitely feel your sorrow, I am reminded every game I watch. It’s just kinda easy for me to overlook it!

Why do we still say AD is a top 15 player when he only performs like a top 15 player like 1 out of every 4 times out?

Enjoy the top 10 pick you get this year after Ball!er comes to his senses and blows this shit show up at the deadline.

I want to see my guy get to a good situation, like Miami or Philly.

I don't care what happens to anyone else.

Maxey was a pick recouped for Fultz. The extra pick that was the real prize in the Bridges trade went to acquire Harris. Not a great result. Harris turned into a bad contract despite him being a solid player. Ask any Sixers fan and they’d take Bridges over Tobias all day.

Dude, y'all got your doors blown off.

It happens, believe me I know.

Just take the L.

You were down guys, they had you down bad long before Ham conceded.

They were better.

What's the big deal?

It's one game.

Did I not do that already?

Not sure if that was me or not but let me double down on that. They’re a meh also ran. Inconsistent AD, LeBron too old to be expected to carry. Reaves is what he is. DLo is one of the most overrated players in the league. Lakers are nothing special.

Yet they got to the conference finals, an accomplishment your Sixers haven't managed since '01.

I’m counting on that to happen, and sorry but I’ll be obligated to give Presti credit for getting involved enough to move the not to be named slothful one in place to improve that pick. I really have no choice.

True, but that tactic is gross regardless of when it's used....but it does seem a little worse when used as a tactic to be able to run up the score.

Yep. In a down Western conference. Are your Lakers beating Boston in a 2nd round series last year? I’m saying they don’t. Meanwhile, the Sixers matched up great with the Grizzlies and the Warriors last year. It is what it is.
