So we've got that going for us?

Anyone that says the DW trade is the worst ever obviously doesn't remember Hershel Walker to the Vikings.

I mean, I guess it depends on what you mean by "worst".

If we're talking about what they gave up for what they got...no, not even close.

Other owners might look at it that way because it set a precedent they didn't want or maybe women's groups because they see him as a predator who was rewarded.

But that would be about it.

Yep...and I think we traded Dobbs for a similar return as we gave up to get Zadarius Smith.

The Browns would be smart to extend Chubb this year. The RB market is at a low point. You can’t even acquire a 1st for a top 5 RB. Extend Chubb through 2024 and tack on two option years for ‘25 and ‘26 for $25M over those two years.

‘23 - $10.8M
‘24 - $12.2M
‘25 and ‘26 - $25M total (option years)

If Chubb enters week one of the 2024 season without a new deal then his time in Cleveland is likely over after that season.
