The league already said it wasn't a double dribble. There's also something in the rulebook that clearly explains why it isn't a double dribble. Explain to me why is this being discussed still?

No. But every pull up jumper is going to entail some level of gather step. Based on what the poster I replied to said (gather step shouldn’t be a thing) that would make every pull up dribble jump shot a travel.

No way you can call that a travel, even if Jimmy planned it. He lost control, regathered and it was legal, at least by the rule book.
