I'd put Philly #1 today. Only undefeated team gets it IMO. Now Buffalo's schedule has been way harder and is obviously a better team, but you grade them on what they have done so far and that means Philly

Not sure how we'd beat the Bills right now. Maybe force a timely Allen fumble. Eagles haven't faced a top QB yet.

Solid rankings... The only thing that really stands out to me is Chargers dropping 3 spots after a win on the road, while the Lions only dropping 3 spots after a loss at home... I'm just nit picking at this point but solid rankings none-the-less...
