Hard Shot that never gets used because he tries his one move every time that fails every time, and his shot is not a rocket
Big body is just plain laughable as he NEVER hits anyone or uses it in front of the net or in a scuffle
Good skating but not good enough to get around a defenseman as his one move NEVER works
His playoffs VS Boston is the most overated thing in history of sports which resulted in 1 goal 0 assists and a minus 3 for the series.

i guess if you play 10 good game and 182 invisible games you just keep getting called a player with potential. 5 years after being the number 2 pick in the draft the guy has shown very little abilty i expect more of a number 2 draft pick

I don't know where you got your numbers from. JvR scored 3 of his 7 playoff goals against the Bruins, plus put up 70 shots altogether in only 11 games. Those are ridiculous numbers, actually. It would translate to 52 goals and 522 shots if stretched out over an entire season of dominance...lol

Like I said before, I'm not opposed to moving him BUT I don't think that he sucks either. Once he get's it together, I see him being a 30+ goal scorer every year.

I dont think he sucks either he is just a HUGE disappointment for an overall number 2 draft pick. He's a middle of the road player offensively with potential to be better and the rest of his game is just plain horrible.

By the way about his 100 MPH shot, have you ever seen him score a goal on a slapshot in the 3 years he's been here??? i know i havent which renders his hard shot useless much like his label power forward.

Anyway, JvR will be consistently dominant for a team someday in the not so distant future, I just hope it's either for ours or in the western conference via a spectacular trade.

Yes i will do it plus a month after the playoffs if he scores more than 50 points this year. I am making that statement because i know i will never have to do it. Just a reminder even if he did put up 50 points this year that still sucks for a number 2 pick with offense being the only and i mean only part of his game.

number 2 he was drafted in 2007 so he should've been in the league for 3 years if he wasnt a big puss. everything you are saying is he Will be or SHOULD be or CAN be im basing all of my stuff on what we have seen and what he has already proven over the last three years here So you keep waiting for your dream player to come along while they hand out cups to all other teams but us, good luck with that.
