In an update, the Wall Street Journal reported on July 8 that in order to “suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity”, McMahon agreed to pay over $12 million to four women who were connected to WWE. The report notes that McMahon reached a number of agreements, with one wrestler alleging that “Mr. McMahon coerced her into giving him oral sex and then demoted her and, ultimately, declined to renew her contract in 2005 after she resisted further sexual encounters.”

But seriously though, I'm not really surprised by this story. If you've dove into stories about Vince over the years, he can be a pretty shitty guy. And Johnny Ace has always treated women like shit so that's the most believable part of the whole thing that he'd be involved

I'm very interested in seeing how the product changes now that they aren't booking exclusively for the whims of Vince McMahon. With HHH back as EVP of talent as well, hopefully the overall product starts looking more like NXT did over the last decade with actual stories and some variety instead of the standard cookie cutter product every segment
