When I was in high school a few of us went to a “party” at a girls house or so we thought. We get there and it turns out to be a church sponsored recruitment type of deal.

Well this douche (a few years older than us that had already graduated) whips out his acoustic guitar and starts playing Cocaine by Clapton.

He gets to the lyrics and sings “if you want to get down, get down on your knees, get saved”

I became quite attracted to a lifeguard at our neighborhood pool when I was 16. I knew her from school, but the uniform changed things for me considerably. We talked, went on a few dates and hung out a few times and eventually she said I was invited to come around to her house to a party. And it was a lot like what you described. It was mainly older people, trying to be cool for the kids. She did warn me. We hung around a little and she dragged me down the basement while everyone was distracted.

We committed numerous sins while everyone upstairs was singing and clapping. That was a fun summer.
