He can’t let them get in his head. Not surprised by this at all. He let them dictate to him. I understand the frustration but it’s not going to do him any good. The sooner he realizes that the league never want the process to win and that in order for him to win he’s going to have finish through fouls that’s when he will be able to play through this nonsense. And of course his 5 TO's were the refs fault. The refs are also the reason he only had 2 offensive rebounds.

Embiid had a very bad game. I know he's dealing with some discomfort right now. But there was no reason for his T other than frustration. And his gesture to the refs along with his comment weren't a good look.

You are making a lot of crazy assumptions. I'm pretty sure the refs know where they are going a week in advance or so. I don't think he was just notified late wed night/thu morning that he will need to be in Toronto by Friday
