The bold is a good point. Players playing through injury do sometimes develop bad habits trying to compensate for an injury. So it's possible that he's relatively healthy, but developed a bad habit when he was hurt that he hasn't adjusted yet.
I know before last year they made a simple change on where to put his foot before the snap and it did wonders for him....can only hope this one is so simple.

NBA trade rumors: Ben Simmons team to watch is Cleveland, Woj says

"Sources maintain the Cavs don't have any 'untouchables'. However prized rookie Evan Mobley & rising PG Darius Garland are closest to that designation. The likelihood of either player being move is incredibly low. That leaves Collin Sexton, Isaac Okoro and future first-rounders to help cajole a Simmons deal."

I don't think a mentally fragile PG who's a liability late in close games because of his FT% is worth giving up Garland and/or Mobley.

Would you want Simmons instead of Sexton & Okoro?

Along with multiple 1st rounders? Would have said yes before the season but now I'm not so sure.

Simmons is refusing to play for the 76ers, obviously. But what's to say he won't pull that nonsense with the next team he plays for? I think any team that trades for him is taking a big gamble.

and he has a massive deal. Okoro still on rookie deal for a bit and Sexton will likely get about half what simmons makes (guess doesn't matter too much as will be over cap either way). Might come down to last few weeks of Okoro if the cavs. It they believe it's who he is no way they'd do it.

Well the Ravehs had a guy I’ve never heard of lead them down the field for a td. Harbaugh even helped out by letting the best kicker in the game kick the extra point.

Say what you want about Simmons but he is an important player and we are seeing that now with how Philly is playing this season without him.

I don't care for him as a player but the guy is pretty important

The Cavs have a good thing going. Seems like a bit of a gamble, imo. If the issue is just that he needs to get away from the Sixers...it could be great for the Cavs. But if its not...it could really mess things up.

Agree. Everyone gets so caught up in the bad free throw shooting and non-existent 3, that they forget he has elite level court vision, ballhandling, passing, defense and is excellent at finishing at the rim.

That is a lot to try to make up for.

Just turned on the Orlando/Miami game for a few minutes. Seen some of their games this season. What's the deal, each time I see a home game the arena looks empty. Do they not support their team?

Not so sure and it isn’t bc of Sexton…it’s Okoro. I think he can be a legit 3 and D guy. If we are talking Sexton, cap filler and 1st’s then I am fine with that but either way it match salaries it would have be a sign-and-trade in the offseason

I also think they don’t necessarily need to give up as much if it’s a 3-4 team trade but either way the salary needs to be there, which could be the main issue
