But @skinsdad62 I remember you were on this board lecturing some of us who wanted to lose to the Giants so we could get Chase. You kept saying it was a division rival and you play to win. My beef is 7-9 isn’t a playoff team and it was better for us to be 7-9 and a division loser . You absolutely play to win but you don’t get to say that appearance was legit

He didn't want any expectations placed on him or his team after winning the division, regardless of record. That's not what i want in our HC.

Yeah, RR coulda worded that better fo sho. I honestly think he was just frustrated. In fairness, he has been preaching this ‘maturity’ thing (aka we ain’t as good as y’all think or our players think) since training camp.
