Maxey needs to be given more minutes, period.

They may have struck gold with both Thybulle and Maxey as late 1st round picks.

What often gets overlooked is the impact of Doc Rivers on the turnover problems they used to have and this desire to play suffocating defense, as evidenced by the steals and blocks they rack up each game.

It’s nice to have a real NBA coach. Doc had a day, made adjustments and circled the wagons despite devastating Embiid news. If Brett Brown is still here, the Sixers may have been the first NBA team to blow a 3-0 lead in a series.

Doc may not be a great NBA coach but he's a competent NBA coach which is light years beyond what we had.
