Might have....but I don't recall him saying he was washed up. Do you?

There's no might have about it. He was in yet another one of his silly zones where he had the need to attack a sure shot 1st ballot HOFer. He tried, but failed, to diminish Steph's career. That's not the first time he's tried to pull that nonsense.

As far as calling him washed up, who said that? wiggy's a bit weird but he didn't go as far saying he's washed up. That would have been even funnier than his instance that the greatest shooter of all time is somehow overrated.

Comment to which wiggy replied was from someone who claimed he said Curry was washed up.

Not sure I'd say having an opinion Curry did not deserve 2 MVPs is attacking him. Guessing he's not the only person with this opinion.

I can see wiggy saying something that dumb. He's done it before.

It's more than just the opinion. It's how he's tried to attack Steph's career. Looking for the smallest thing to make his accomplishments look bad. But you go right ahead and have your opinions.

You've defended him in the past over outright stupid things he's said. The Cleveland connection is strong between you two.

It's Wiggy's constant switching of narratives and not applying his own logic in places where it should be applied.

It's absolutely clear he has an agenda and has no actual insight or logic behind what he's saying.

Yeah....but I've done what I always do. Based my comment on the post. Not the poster (you can get there one day....maybe?). we went back and forth over his comments on Jimmy Butler as I thought he was way off base. He's been overly harsh on Steph and others, sure. No need to make up comments he didn't say, though.

I don't doubt he has an agenda on certain topics.

My opinion is call him out when he shows that agenda. No need to make up things he didn't say. Just my opinion (and applies to anyone...not just wiggy).

He's incapable of being completely unbiased when it comes to certain players & one other fella. Funny that his dumbass rants have been towards three all time greats.

-Pat Riley
-LeBron
-Steph

Not to mention his hate for the Lakers and Heat.

To be fair, none of us are completely unbias re: our teams and teams we don't like.

The difference is, to some degree or another, most of us can set aside how we feel about a player/team to give a pretty honest assessment.

He tends to not be able to do that. Which really isn't an issue except that he speaks in absolutes and that can really bite you in the ass when it's based off of pure hate rather than reality.

Don't forget the greatest of them all: Hassan Whiteside.

Lol, the Knicks aren’t getting any big time player to come and play for thibs... too much attitude!

That may not necessarily be true.

From what I heard reported today...star players are starting to take notice of what the Knicks are doing. If you're a star player who wants to be "the man" in a major media location and don't want to be the only guy...you could do a whole lot worse than Julius Randle and RJ Barrett as your #2 and #3 options.

Thibs reputation for running guys into the ground will work against him to a point, but that tweet the other day about him basically banning the whole team from the facility so they could rest may be seen as him starting to understand that he can't do that anymore.

They may not land anyone this off-season...but they'll get more consideration than they have in at least a decade and if they don't land someone, I'd bet they do in 2022. Especially if they keep the team together and Dolan stays out of the way.

its so odd- i really wonder if people REALLY think this- or are just being insanely hyperbolic.

Curry would of course be high on any top 10-20 list that i would do and has been-

obviously i think he is misplaced in a group with multi-time MVP winners. I hardly think that qualifies him as "washed up"

and i think this year has shown that while he is still a great player - his actual IMPACT - of course almost exclusively on the offensive side- is not on par with other players -as they are 10th in the Western Conference. This despite GSW fans constantly talking up Wiggins and certain (nuts?) compare him to Dennis Rodman. If thats good for 10th in the west....

Ladies and gentlemen, if you're looking for a post that screams "butthurt", this one is it.

Not sure really what could be debated in that comment. But something will be (though probably will need to be made up).

Correction, he worked very hard.

What did he do last 5 off seasons with all his time off?

He worked hard then too.

You obviously don’t know anything about his game when he entered the league.

I see you. And you're not even getting your facts right for the troll. I compared Draymond (not Wiggins) to Rodman (defense and assists with no scoring vs defense and rebounds with no scoring).

You're also getting turned around. Is Curry surrounded by decent talent or not? I know you think Wiggins and Draymond suck, so basically he's all by himself getting them to the postseason in the very tough Western conference.

You call him washed up every time you troll that he's 33 so how could he be expected to be good at such an advanced age? That's your Warriors bit: Klay won't be good anymore due to injuries, Curry is old, the rest of the team sucks. You're a clown.

They may not win another ring with this group, but they are at least in the mix. The Cavs will never ever ever win again. Ever.

Ummm, Let me guess...

I bet he came into league in awe of the players he played with, overshadowed by the likes of Kobe...

contributed on a limited scale...

improved over time, confidence , Kobe taking him under his wing...

goes to the bayou, finds his niche..

comes to NY set back, Knicks don’t tag him as Franchise , take too many forwards..

GM wakes up, tags him, the guy!!! He decides to put the time in, conditions himself into the best shape of his career, gives him the confidence he has never really had anywhere .. convinced himself he can be a good 3 pt shooter..

here we are today, knockin on the playoff door... a door YOU said could never happen with this roster ! Shame on you SWAMI
