Oh yeah didn't think about those two beauties but now it makes sense as you make a good point about their cost....in theory. Makes sense to give it a try although I do wonder what bait they are using as I don't think Smitty is giving them away.

Nothing. Just that they are now both in New England and have Cam Newton throwing to them so we figured to price tag might have gone down a touch from what it was last year when they were both with real quarterbacks on different teams.

He completed 66% of his passes. And doesn’t go downfield much, I’m just fine with that.

33 targets to TEs last season for the Pats, lowest in the league. Which explains why BB addressed that in the off season.

Yeah, and their TE's were horrid and green rookies. Don't blame them for not throwing to then. I do have hope for Keene, someday.

Cam did utilize Greg Olsen fairly effectively...back when he could throw somewhat. So, there's hope

Yeah the talent was lacking last season, but also think they felt the OL could use help blocking from their TEs.

Trust me, I've tried for just about all of them and never even got close. .... but I am fairly cheap.
