Patricia and Reid are tag team champs at the BBQ buffet.

Doesn't reflect anything on the org or coach. No one is defending him.
I kinda think that's just coach speak. No coach will throw his player under the bus. Pete would have likely said something similar if the shoe was on the other foot. We will never know if the DC had a private talk with Hill about it. I would hope a good coach would tell the player to knock that shit off but would do it behind closed doors.Carroll 'pissed' over tackle that injured Carson
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said he was "pissed" about Cowboys DT Trysten Hill's tackle of RB Chris Carson.www.espn.com
Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy defended Hill on Monday.
"By no means do we want to see a player hurt, but trust me there was zero intent involved there," McCarthy said.
Bit of fail there mah dude... regardless, I haven't really seen any Cowboys fans defending it. Obviously all McCarthy cares about is winning games, so he's going to side with his piece of shit player. Proof will be in the putting if they cut/release him after this season. Seattle did it to Bennett after his bullshit.

What coach is going to publicly throw one of his players under the bus? NoneCarroll 'pissed' over tackle that injured Carson

Ummmm Andy Ried says hold my pork chop. What coach is going to publicly throw one of his players under the bus? None
Until you cut mr "robs dice games then pays off people to shut up" from your team, how about shutting things up?
I saw the play earlier this AM and fell off my chair!
Did you hit your head?!bowaconstructir

Funny thing is Philly fans call Clowney Dirty and Seahawks fan defend him. Odds are a Seahawk player will be accused of s dirty play in 20 and Seahawks fans will defend it.
Same right now with Rams crying about a PI call that they THINK shouldn't have been called, and they and their fans kept telling N.O. to stop crying about a none PI call.
Philly fans complained, Seattle fans justified it. We don't know if Hill is dirty or not. I don't recall him being labled as dirty in college, and odds are a Seattle player will hit an opponent in a very questionable manner before seasons end, baring covid shutdown. Lets wait before we bury Hill as dirty. Maybe he fully intended the gator roll, maybe it was just momentum, and with his head burried he thought Carson was attempting to break free from the tackle. That’s BS ... Clowney had a slightly late hit, was borderline, but it wasn’t a malicious Gator roll, Jesus man, GTFO... If I see a Seahawk do something malicious, I don’t agree with it, good sportsmanship should always matter... But doing a knee Gator roll when the guy is down is fighting time ...
Problem is you can equate hills first dirty play to Clowney’s as in the Wilson head hit. That’s kind of the same just he didn’t injur Wilson, and although it’s borderline you can say it’s just football. The gator roll was completely uncalled for. Yeah.....not quite the same thing. That’s BS ... Clowney had a slightly late hit, was borderline, but it wasn’t a malicious Gator roll, Jesus man, GTFO... And I'm not labeling anyone dirty on one tackle. Now had he got up and stood on his leg, yes I'm calling that intentionally dirty.Problem is you can equate hills first dirty play to Clowney’s as in the Wilson head hit. Chris Carson isn’t a QBThe hit by Clowney was really incidental contact. It was a clean tackle on Wentz. Trysten hill also had a clean tackle. His momentum caused him to roll. It was accidental. Hill simply has had no playing time in his career and has yet to master the art of tackling. I had no problem with either tackle. Time for QBs to lose the dresses and put on the big boy pants.
