I think they will try.

Just don’t think they will finish.
I see it the other way. If they start on time they finish...but might not start. If they start late I also think they'll finish.

No clue what they'll do about a draft if CFB does not go forward (which seems more likely).

Damn. I have never seen anyone criticize Rodgers for his lack of int's. His best years are obviously behind him. I've enjoyed watching his career. Just like I've enjoyed watching all the great QB's going back to the early 80's not named Brady.
I hear ya, but what he said makes sense.....Coaches do like their QBs to occasionally take a chance as opposed to throwing it away just to avoid an INT.

True, ya never want a year like Baker just had (or winston), but if he made more plays but threw 6-8 as opposed to 4 INTs that might help them (might not, of course).

It just seems to me that you are criticizing that TD to int. ratio. I'd rather have a QB like Rodgers who isn't prone to int's instead of a gunslinger like Favre.
On that I agree. Favre through a ton of INTs.

@bksballer89

You know what does concern me a great deal though?

1,371 new cases in Orange County over the last 24 hours + Disney poised to reopen.

Do we really think a bubble staffed by Orange County residents is going to remain Covid free?
No doubt a risk with the staff....I'm hearing some stories coming out about all these positive tests, though. One I have not seen confirmed was showed 100% of their tests reported as positive.

Another is some of the tests are the antibody test so who knows when those people actually got the virus?

are you hearing anything like that, @bksballer89 ?

"Pretty much the same in SF"? In his first 6 seasons he had 51 TD and 53 INTs. Then a solid 1.5 years after that. Could argue all but maybe 1 of his seasons in KC were better than any in SF and was back to being at best decent before he got hurt in Washington.

And I agree Mahomes is the best and easily the choice longterm. Maybe even for one game...but not crazy at all to prefer Wilson to win one game.

Before Kaep took over, he was something like 8-1

His poor stats were related to being a young QB on a bad team. Washington was the same.

Smith is a high quality game manager. Give him talent and he wins. Put him on a bad team, he is mediocre. Like you would expect a game manager to be.

And yes, he was actually bad before he figured out how to play at the NFL level.

So that July 1st deadline they set to decide to play in the bubble really was just made up, lol

To be fair Oladipo is much different because unlike the others who opted out, he actually came to the bubble with his team so he could choose to play whenever he wants. The other guys who opted out are not in the bubble which is what the deadline was for

That is because Rodgers throws the ball out of bounds when he doesn’t have an easy play.

Turnovers are killer, but Rodgers is too risk averse. Sometimes you have to give your receiver an opportunity to make a play.

It would help if he had WRs he could trust though. He has different undrafted or late round types it seems year after year, with whomever else might be healthy in any given week.
