I read the Bleacher report story in this....

The More I read about her the more I think that She is a self-destructive person.

You look at the allegations from others about her and black rose. Now this....

Someone has to get a hold of this girl before she does something stupid and kills her image and her career.

Either her dad or someone that has a respect for the biz a ness, I just like saying that, because she has the talent to do stuff but she just needs to get over herself.

She's an asshole. Tremendous amount of talent, but a complete and utter asshole that is burning bridges everywhere she goes. I'd say she's the female Austin Aries but Aries managed to at least work in some big places. Tessa is determined to burn out before even getting there.

FWIW, her contract was set to run out June 30th anyway. So she likely wasn't gonna re-sign and Impact just made a performance out of this by firing her. Or its possible Impact tried working something out, decided it wasn't worth it and just ended it right now. Regardless, she's a terrible professional.

It seems like she wasn't going to resign and torched bridges on the way out.

But doesnt' matter. AEW needs her.

I could be proven wrong (not hard, it would seem), but I think this is a storyline and not real.
Only thing I could possibly see is maybe they do a one shot appearance where she drops the belt and then leaves for good.

Well she’s already been stripped so they would have to put it back on her to do that.

I suppose they could hotshot an angle where she said she was never beaten for the title and is still the real world champion and could unify it after a match where she puts the champion over and leaves for good.

She's done. She's in Mexico right now with her fiancee and isn't coming out of quarantine any time soon.

i dislike intergender wrestling and i really hope Impact puts that genre in the rear-view mirror now that Tessa is gone.

Tessa is one of the best female talents that the United States has ever produced. She is crazy good, but there's a reason why she signed with Impact in 2018. WWE didn't want her.

If the racism claims are true (from my understanding, the accuser doesn't have anyone that actually witnessed Tessa's remarks), then AEW would look hypocritical in taking her. Unprompted, they announced that Hulk Hogan and his ex-wife were banned from AEW shows about a month ago. No way they can take Tessa with a straight face after making that proclamation. Especially since the online narrative seems to be that Tessa is an unabashed racist.

WWE has passed on her before, so it'll be interesting to see if they change their tune. Tessa has more baggage on her right now than she did in 2016. WWE tends to live in their own little world, so the extra baggage could be meaningless.

The fact that Big Swole is campaigning for her to sign with AEW should give us some idea about what at some insiders think abut the allegations.

tbh, people have conflated the claims about her being a racist and the claims about her being a bitch. You can be a bitch without being a racist. Multiple people have come out and supported the idea that Blanchard is a relentless and conniving bitch. To my knowledge, only one person has accused her of being a racist.

I'd have to go back and look it up but the claim was she called a fellow performer, who was black, the N word (hard er too) backstage. Several other performers supported the accuser.

I know WWE turned her down several times because she's highly unprofessional with a shit attitude. But that was also before she actually started to make a name for herself.

And also well before AEW was even a blip on the radar.

i believe they supported the idea that Tessa is a bitch. I don't think anyone else has ever heard Tessa say anything racist. Tessa denies that the incident ever take place. It's the accuser's word vs Tessa's word at this point.

The entire accusation became public after Tessa made a post on twitter saying "Women should always support women." I think it's interesting that if Tessa wasn't on social media, this alleged incident would never have seen the light of day. Sienna/Alysin Kay and Chelsea Green were way more pissed off about the alleged incident than the accuser was. The accuser was like "Yeah, it happened, but me and Tessa are cool now!" Sienna and Green went scorched earth on Tessa.

Michael Elgin, who has been all but officially released by Impact Wrestling in the wake of allegations made online, issued a ten minute response to the allegations:

And spit in her face (allegedly) too.

I call bullshit on the accusers. Especially their reason(s) for the convenient timing (pre-Hard to Kill, Jan. 2020) of said accusations.

Gallows and Anderson made it official tonight as soon as their non-compete expired, announcing they signed with Impact . They'll be at the PPV Saturday

I wouldn't be shocked to hear that EC3 and Eric Young went back there.
