You keep mentioning your “black employees” like that is supposed to mean something here. The first thing someone does when accused of being is racist is say “but I have black friends”.

Comparing Bubba Wallace to Smollett is hateful and ignorant. And I bet if you made that comment to black man who was your peer (not your underling) they would call you on that in a second. Because it is total BS.
