There’s nothing that makes me cringe more than the broadcasters explaining the targeting rule as if we don’t know what it is. You literally hear the rule in its entirety every game.

They've probably seen the dumbasses who don't understand it like ElDunce or the numerous tOSU posters in the Game Thread for the Clemson semifinal.
