I don’t think so.

He is the only good player on their team on a cheap contract. Unless they can somehow return a 3rd star who fits, they should keep Kuzma.

They're going to have to offer him a contract ext before next season or watch him leave for nothing more than likely. So unless they're really considering offering a deal next fall then they should consider trading him

Kuzma is on contract for 3.5 million for the next season and a qualifying offer for the 21-22 season-, If he continues to play like he has tonight, they will give him the money he wants

If Kuzma continues to play like this - They will not be trading him. I think it was natural to put him out there as trade bait -since Kuzma had a slow start - but now that he is past his injury - He is coming around like most of us expected. Kuzma could easily be the sharp shooter the Lakers need - they just need to give him a chance

I think they are wanting him to become the 3rd guy.

If someone makes a no brainer offer, then I'm sure they'd take that.

They may still trade him and I'm sure they'll continue to listen to offers. But I think they'll wait awhile to see if he keeps improving.

Personally, I think they were just seeing what they could before the trade deadline. I think it makes sense to put a few feelers out in case Kuzma did not develop as expected. In my opinion, the Bodgan guy from Sacramento offer didn't make much sense even though he is supposed to be a sharp shooter. He is averaging stats about the same as Kuzman and is pulling in 8 million to Kuzma's 1.6 this year and 3.5 next season. Kuzma stated the season injured. I say give the kid a chance to be 100% - Now that his body is there, we will see, but I think tonight was a good indicator

From what I've read and heard, the Lakers haven't put him out there at all. Teams have been contacting them and they've been listening. Which they should do.

The funny thing is, the better he plays, the more tempting the offers will be come and the less the Lakers will want to trade him. lol

Nah.

You don’t think the Lakers willing to pay some luxury tax?

He will be an RFA. They can easily keep him. It just won’t be cheap.
