That doesn’t change the fact that owners don’t get involved . They all do

Do you really believe that the other owners are as negatively involved in the daily decision making process as Snyder is? It is one thing for an owner to set the big picture on expectations and culture and to be consulted on big decisions and to occasionally weigh on on such decisions. It's a completely different situation as to what Dan Snyder does. Do you disagree?

All get involved in the draft and who is hired . Perhaps it isn’t covered I.

The press but it’s naive to think they play tiddly winks when FA or the draft is going on and they do give input

to think he won’t say draft chase young if he is there is dreaming .

I fully expect him to be kept in some capacity. Dan with his man Igor Allen decided they didn't want Cousins and went for Smith. That blew up in there face so I expect Dan will think a successful FO Smith will make it all worthwhile. Smith is not stupid, he is going to get his $70 million for 10 games and another $50+ million in the FO.

And I maintain that most, save Jerry Jones (who is the GM), don’t get involved as dan does. Most would never tell their GM who to draft.

He wont sell the team the business end doesn't make any sense to sell. All owners no matter how good or bad the team is make huge money. I just hope he promotes Kyle Smith.

And what are the odds that there has been a true evaluation?

A true evaluation would have lead to Bruce being fired years ago.

I guess the real question is, how many of us here believe this is going to happen.

If fans continue to not show up and IF we continue to look awful, I honestly think it will happen.

There again, I would not be surprised if we go 3-13 and Bruce returns next year. I really want to believe that Snyder cans Bruce and hires a real GM or simply promotes Smith and Williams and does whatever is necessary to change the culture around the organization. Maybe we can all ask Santa this year
