You must not be aware of the history of how the Seahawks changed with different ownership. With Ken Behring and his son David things were really crazy. (Attempted to sneak/move the team to LA without approval from anyone around 1995) Seattle set records for being with crazy coaches and players mostly picked by Ken Behring. But that all changed rather rapidly when Paul Allen took ownership in about '97. Mike Holmgren was brought in and took the team on a very improved route and now Carroll has taken them a step farther after a transition. Ownership of the team has gone probably from the worst possible to the best possible. That has been and will continue to be reflected in what happens on the field.
