But, Penn STate really fucked themselves by not kicking the extra point.

Yep, it forced their hand to go for it on 4th and goal there and come away with nothing. Had they kicked the extra point, they could have kicked a FG and made it one possession game.

I think Penn State will always be relevant under Franklin, but I don't think they'll ever really contend for a natty under him.
