2 firsts and a 4th, too risky for me
imo he's worth the price they paid "assuming" they can ink him to a long term deal (that's the key). Getting one of the top 3, if not "the" top CB in the league ... in his prime is worth those picks. Draft picks are crap shoots especially when you get past the top 10 or so picks ... and even then you have busts every year.
He is one of the tops for sure.....as long as his "back" isn't bothering him.
Which makes him a problem player, not as bad as AB but too much for my liking at that price.I have a feeling his back will somehow be just fine moving forward. The injury bit was to make sure he didn't get hurt prior to any move which would have affected things
We really only have had 2 bad picks in the past 10 years. Watkinsa and Marcus Smith were really bad picks. Agholor you can flip a coin on but he did have good year in our Super Bowl run.
I just don't like to leverage the future to a short term fix. I hope Doug puts pressure on Schwartz to make some changes to his game plan to take advantage of the talent he has now. I think you would be surprised how much better they would look.
