Texas Rangers 2019-2020 Offseason Thread

What do you guys think this offseason has in store? Will the Rangers make serious runs at high profile free agents? Will be rebuilding for another year for the most part? Do we trade off any players like Choo, Odor, Mazara, or Guzman? Do they extend Minor or Gallo?

Boras has been strongly hinting at an opt out and I have no idea where he thinks JD will end up.

Texas is one of the few other AL teams that has even the tiniest amount of logic in it (y’all thinking you can contend in the new park)

You guys need another sp too though.

I read where Davis's states Cubs are perfect for him. The money is too good to pass up.But I would take Yu back in a heartbeat

Sure don't want Hammels back not real sure about Darvish. Cole is my pick and mixed with Minor and Lynn you will have a very good start.

Agree with ya Bennie. I'm betting the farm you will see Odor and Choo returning for sure. Also believe we would be foolish not to extend Gallo and Minor with some care. Extensions and bad contracts have caused some of our current problems.

Odor is not going to be moved. Neither is Choo. Maz and Guz needs to be in winter ball trying to get their hitting straightened out so we can either play or trade them.
