So Colt not playing gives me concern in naming him a starter. He is not 100% and cannot stay healthy. He is being held out due to that ankle/foot he broke and aggravated it a few days ago. He has minimal live action snaps under his belt the 5 years he has been here.

It means nothing. This is the first preseason game and, at most, he might have been in for 2 series. Colt knows this offense and Jay knows Colt. However, Keenum and haskins are still learning and Jaay needs to see them in live fire.

If Colt doesn't play next game, then my eyebrows get raised.

Holy shit some solid football analysis. I have seen everyone and his brother blame Apke for the first TD where he left his zone crossed and darn near made a play. Only a solid throw by Mayfield who fit it just between Apke and the other defender made the play work. Apke was solid in the run game. Is he great? No, but there is something to work with there and yes I am a PSU homer.
